ABOUT Molly Josefson

Relationships are at the center of our lives. When those relationships feel strained, it can affect every part of our well-being. I work with couples, families, and individuals who want to better understand themselves and the patterns shaping their relationships.

People often come to therapy during times of transition or when parts of life no longer feel sustainable. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and make meaningful change. Whether you are navigating conflict in your partnership, challenges within your family, or a sense of stagnation in your life, I would like to offer you a space to slow down and explore what is happening beneath the surface.

My approach is relational and collaborative. Together we look at patterns of communication, attachment needs, and the ways past experiences may be influencing present dynamics. I help couples move toward a deeper understanding of each other's needs and emotions. With families, I focus on helping members understand the system they are part of, strengthening communication, and supporting healthier ways of relating.

I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences. My goal is to help clients resolve immediate challenges, gain insight, and build stronger relationships with themselves and the people they care about most.

Specialty training: I am Gottman Method Level One trained and use this approach in my work with couples. MSE in Counseling-Marriage and Family Therapy track; BA in Philosophy.
