Build a Career Where Compassion Meets Purpose
At MAP Behavioral Health Center, we believe exceptional client care begins with supporting exceptional people. We're committed to creating a collaborative, respectful, and growth-oriented workplace where clinicians and administrative professionals can thrive while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Our providers are individually contracted professionals who each maintain their own independent practice while working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Although each provider practices independently, we regularly connect, collaborate, and support one another by sharing knowledge, clinical perspectives, and professional expertise. This collaborative environment allows us to provide comprehensive, high-quality care while honoring each provider's unique strengths, specialties, and approach to treatment.
If you've always wanted the independence of private practice without the responsibility of managing the day-to-day business operations, MAP Behavioral Health Center provides the support you need to focus on what matters most—caring for your clients. From scheduling, insurance billing, and credentialing to marketing, technology, compliance, and administrative support, we're here to help you build a thriving practice within a collaborative professional community.
Our providers consistently tell us that the greatest benefit of practicing at MAP Behavioral Health Center is the autonomy and independence they enjoy. As an independently contracted provider, you have the flexibility to establish your own schedule, manage your availability, and build a practice that aligns with your professional goals and personal life. At MAP Behavioral Health Center, you'll enjoy the autonomy of independent practice while benefiting from comprehensive administrative support and the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Now Hiring Compact-Licensed Counselors
