ABOUT Harmony Feldman McCullough

Welcome, I am so happy you are here. My goal is to create a warm, trust-filled atmosphere for you and your children to have a safe space to create healing and find solutions. I partner with you to understand your problems and find solutions built on your specific strengths. My approach is informed by aspects of mindfulness, play therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and the science of brain development and attachment. I earned a masters degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015, and my social work training has given me a strengths-based, holistic approach. I believe in the power of listening and support within a trusting relationship to help bring lasting change for happier, more peaceful lives. Research is important to me, and I strive to offer care based on the most up-to-date science about what works for people. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults to find help with concerns such as behavior problems, trauma experiences, transitions, anxiety, stress, and relationship conflict.  I am currently licensed as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) to practice in the state of Minnesota, and am in the process of completing my supervised practice hours to become a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). In my free time I enjoy playing with my children, cooking, reading, and being outside in the sunshine as much as humanly possible. I look forward to partnering with you to start the process of healing and growth!
