Hello from Texas!

I recently made my way back to my home state but so enjoyed my almost 3 years in Duluth. I look forward to continuing to serve the community I've grown to love. I have been immersed in the mental health field for about 12 years and have had the privilege of working with a multitude of populations. A few of the therapeutic approaches I tend to gravitate toward include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); however, I believe the needs of the client may require more integrative approaches specific to them. I particularly enjoy helping my clients assess their values to improve decision-making, boundary-setting, and communication so they can feel confident and move forward toward their goals.

When I am not seeing clients, I enjoy being outdoors, reading, traveling, and spending time with my pup.
