Mindfulness Group Is Finally Here

We are finally re-launching the mindfulness group that was supposed to start last spring. We had to put things on hold due to COVID, but we have now found ways to adapt the group for telehealth and we are pleased to be able to offer this to clients.

This 6-week group was designed to help improve your quality of life, enhance your ability to cope with stress, and strengthen your confidence and self-awareness. 

Mindfulness skills are so necessary during this time, and we are grateful to provide these skills to the community.
