Come Join Our Group Therapy Sessions
Did you know that we have two therapy groups, the Co-occurring Disorders as well as the Mindfulness for Anxiety and Depression Therapy Group?
If you seek help, come join our groups to improve your quality of life!
Mindfulness Groups will be Wednesdays at 9 am or 5:30 pm.
Co-Occurring Groups will be Tuesdays at 3 pm or Thursdays at 9 am.
