What comes to mind when you think about Duluth? The Bridge, bike trails, and Bayfront or maybe Lollygagging, Lake Superior and Louis Café, perhaps?

What comes to mind when you think about Mental Health? Mental health, you might ask, who thinks about that? We do. All day, every day. We are proud to be a part of Duluth’s mental health community that includes all providers being a constant for those in need: we are all here.

Duluth has a variety of mental health providers with a wide range of specialties and a wealth of experiences that easily competes with the depths of our Great Lake. Look no further than Superior Street, London Road, Central Entrance and all throughout this lengthy city:

we are all here.

Let us be your go-to for help. Let us be your stronghold when you’re feeling alone, when the everything of this isolative time feels heavy. Let us be there for you: we are all here.

Because we strongly believe that if you are struggling with how you’re feeling, whether that be through these days or any day hereafter, we want you to know that there are providers in Duluth who are available and want to help.

To honor Mental Health Awareness Month, we are including the names, links and phone numbers of local providers so that you have access to the resources you or a loved one may need. Did we miss you or someone you know? Please add to our Facebook comments! Our hope is that we can direct you to as many providers as possible because we want to show our support for local mental health providers and the work they’re doing all day, every day.

People needing mental health services are our top priority as well as maintaining the integrity of our mental health community. We want you to know we are ALL here.
